GyanSys is looking for a highly skilled SAP ABAP Developer with solid expertise in SAP S/4HANA development, SAP Business Technology Platform (BTP), Cloud Application Programming Model (CAPM), and ABAP RESTful Application Programming Model (RAP).

The ideal candidate should possess hands-on experience in at least one end-to-end SAP implementation project and have strong exposure to developing cloud-native applications, APIs, extensions, and Fiori applications on SAP BTP. The candidate will play a critical role in designing scalable solutions, optimizing business processes, and delivering high-quality enhancements across SAP landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

SAP ABAP Development

- Design, develop, and support SAP ABAP solutions in SAP S/4HANA environments.
- Develop and enhance RICEFW objects (Reports, Interfaces, Conversions, Enhancements, Forms, Workflows).
- Work on Classical ABAP, Object-Oriented ABAP, CDS Views, AMDP, and HANA-optimized developments.
- Develop and consume OData services for SAP Fiori applications.

SAP BTP & Extensions

- Design and develop side-by-side extensions using SAP BTP.
- Build cloud-native applications leveraging SAP BTP services.
- Integrate on-premise SAP systems with SAP BTP using APIs and integration services.
- Collaborate with architects to define extension strategies aligned with clean-core principles.

RAP & CAPM Development

- Develop business applications using RAP framework.
- Build RESTful services and transactional applications using RAP.




- Design and implement CAPM applications using Node.js or Java.
- Develop and expose CDS-based services integrated with SAP Fiori Elements.

SAP S/4HANA Implementation

- Participate in end-to-end implementation, rollout, and migration projects.
- Analyze business requirements and convert them into technical specifications.
- Work closely with Functional Consultants from SD, MM, FICO, PP, and EWM modules.
- Support testing, deployment, go-live, and post-production activities.

Integration & Innovation

- Develop REST APIs and integration services.
- Utilize SAP Business Application Studio for development activities.
- Ensure adherence to SAP Clean Core and SAP recommended development practices.
- Perform performance tuning and technical troubleshooting.

Mandatory Skills:

- Strong expertise in SAP ABAP and OOABAP.
- Hands-on experience with SAP S/4HANA.
- Development experience using RAP framework.
- SAP BTP Development experience.
- CAPM development using Node.js or Java.
- CDS Views, AMDP, OData Services.
- SAP Fiori/UI5 integration.
- Strong understanding of SAP HANA optimization techniques.
- End-to-end implementation project experience.

Required Qualifications:

- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Engineering, or related discipline.
- 5+ years of SAP ABAP development experience.
- Minimum 1 full-cycle SAP S/4HANA Implementation project.
- Experience in agile delivery models.
