About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Data Cloud Developer with 4+ years of experience in Salesforce development, data integration, and enterprise application development. The ideal candidate will possess strong expertise in Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform), Customer 360, Data Migration, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Apex, and Salesforce Integration Services. This role involves designing and developing scalable Salesforce solutions that enable customer data unification, advanced segmentation, enterprise integrations, and customer intelligence capabilities.

The candidate will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and technical teams to deliver secure, scalable, and high-performing Salesforce Data Cloud solutions.

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and maintain scalable Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and Salesforce platform capabilities.
- Implement Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform) solutions for customer data ingestion, identity resolution, segmentation, activation, and customer profile unification.
- Configure and manage Data Lakes, Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), and Customer 360 data models within Salesforce Data Cloud.
- Design and execute large-scale data migration strategies including data extraction, transformation, cleansing, validation, and loading activities.
- Build and maintain integrations between Salesforce and enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform APIs, middleware platforms, and integration services.
- Develop Customer 360 and Customer 360 Pro solutions to deliver unified customer experiences across business channels.
- Develop custom business logic using Apex Classes, Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Future Methods, and asynchronous processing frameworks.
- Create responsive, reusable, and scalable user interfaces using Lightning Web Components (LWC).
- Design and implement event-driven integrations using Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), and streaming technologies.
- Ensure data quality, data governance, privacy, security, and regulatory compliance across Salesforce ecosystems.




- Develop and optimize customer segmentation and audience activation strategies using Salesforce Data Cloud capabilities.
- Troubleshoot and resolve data integration, migration, performance, and platform-related issues.
- Collaborate with business analysts, solution architects, product owners, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into scalable technical solutions.
- Participate in code reviews, unit testing, integration testing, release management, deployment activities, and production support.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation, DevOps automation, and Salesforce deployment best practices.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 4 to 8 years of experience in Salesforce development, integration, and enterprise application development.
- Strong hands-on experience with Salesforce Data Cloud (Customer Data Platform/Data 360).
- Expertise in Data Lakes, Data Streams, Data Model Objects (DMOs), Identity Resolution, Calculated Insights, and Customer 360 implementations.
- Extensive experience designing and executing Salesforce data migration projects involving large and complex datasets.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Apex development including Triggers, Batch Apex, Queueable Apex, Scheduled Jobs, and asynchronous processing.
- Hands-on experience developing Lightning Web Components (LWC) and modern Salesforce user interfaces.
- Solid knowledge of Salesforce Integration Services and enterprise integration architecture patterns.
- Experience integrating Salesforce with enterprise applications using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform APIs, and External Services.
- Experience implementing Customer 360 solutions and unified customer data platforms.
- Proficiency in Salesforce Analytics Query Language (SAQL) and analytics development.
- Strong understanding of customer data management, master data management, and customer identity resolution strategies.
- Experience designing scalable customer data architectures and enterprise data models.
- Knowledge of Salesforce Security architecture including Profiles, Permission Sets, Sharing Rules, Data Visibility,



and Compliance controls.
- Experience with Platform Events, Change Data Capture (CDC), Event Bus, and event-driven architectures.
- Familiarity with MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica, or other middleware and integration platforms.
- Experience with Salesforce Sales Cloud and Service Cloud implementations.
- Strong understanding of ETL tools, data transformation processes, and enterprise data integration methodologies.
- Experience with CI/CD pipelines, Salesforce DevOps tools, source control systems, and deployment automation.
- Experience working within Agile and Scrum delivery methodologies.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, debugging, and problem-solving capabilities.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to work independently and effectively within cross-functional and distributed teams.
