Role Overview

As a Solution Architect in our Conga practice, you will own the solution end to end on Quote-to-Cash engagements — discovery and fit-gap through design, build oversight, testing and go-live support. You will pair with the Project Manager as the delivery leadership duo, set the architectural direction across Conga CPQ, Conga CLM and the underlying Salesforce platform, and guide offshore developers and BAs to execute it faithfully. This is a decision-making seat: you will defend design choices in front of client leadership, protect the solution from unnecessary customization, and be accountable for whether the design holds up in production.

Required Qualification :

10–15 years of total IT experience with 4–10 years in directly relevant architecture work — typically 6+ years on the Salesforce platform and 3+ years on Conga CPQ and/or CLM.

- At least one full end-to-end Conga CPQ implementation (ideally alongside Conga CLM) delivered as Solution or Technical Architect, from design through go-live.Deep Conga CPQ configuration expertise across catalog and bundle modelling, constraint rules, pricing and discounting, approvals and document generation.
- Solid Salesforce platform fundamentals: data model and sharing/security architecture, Flows, Apex and LWC design patterns, governor limits and large-data-volume considerations.




- Hands-on experience designing Quote-to-Cash integrations with ERP, billing or tax systems, including API patterns, error handling and reconciliation.
- Proven data migration design experience for products, price lists, agreements and assets on complex legacy-to-Conga transitions.
- Excellent client-facing communication — able to run discovery and design workshops independently with senior business and IT stakeholders.
- Experience producing architecture and design documentation of a quality that withstands client and audit review.
- Breadth across both Conga CPQ and Conga CLM, including X-Author redlining and obligation management. Exposure to Conga Pricing (formerly PROS), Conga Platform or Conga Advantage. Conga CPQ / CLM certifications and Salesforce Application or Solution Architect certification.
- Working knowledge of Salesforce CPQ or Revenue Cloud (RCA/ARM), including migration paths between Conga and Revenue Cloud. Managed services, upgrade or remediation experience on existing Conga implementations, plus pre-sales and solution's exposure.
- Practical use of AI assistants such as Claude or Copilot to accelerate design, documentation and test asset creation.

Qualification :

Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science or an equivalent discipline. Conga and Salesforce Architect certifications are strongly preferred.
