Role Description The Salesperson role at Milvanta Fresh Milk is a full-time,



hybrid position based in Hyderabad, with some flexibility for work-from-home tasks. On a day-to-day basis, the Salesperson will identify and approach potential customers, including gated communities and residential complexes, explain product offerings and subscription plans, and convert leads into long-term clients. The role includes maintaining relationships with existing customers, managing inquiries, coordinating with operations for timely installations and deliveries, and tracking sales performance using basic reporting tools.

The Salesperson will also support promotional activities, gather customer feedback, and collaborate with internal teams to improve service quality and customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Solid sales and customer relationship skills, including lead generation, negotiation, and closing deals.
- Effective communication and interpersonal abilities, with clear spoken and written English; knowledge of local languages is an advantage.
- Basic familiarity with technology-enabled services or vending solutions, and comfort using smartphones, CRM tools, or sales tracking software.
- Ability to work independently in the field and from home, manage time effectively, and meet sales targets consistently.
- Prior experience in FMCG, food and beverage, or subscription-based services is preferred but not mandatory.
- Reliable transportation for local travel within Hyderabad and willingness to visit gated communities and residential sites regularly.
- Minimum educational qualification of a high school diploma; any bachelor’s degree , sales and marketing, or a related field is an advantage.
