Role Description This is a full-time, in office Sales & Marketing role for industrial pumps, based in Raipur. The role involves identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with industrial clients, and promoting the company’s range of pump products. Daily activities include conducting client visits, preparing and delivering product presentations, negotiating quotations and contracts, and following up to ensure successful order closure.

The position also requires coordinating with internal teams for order processing, tracking deliveries, and addressing customer issues.



The team member will contribute to market research, competitor analysis, and sales reporting to support strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and interpersonal skills to interact effectively with industrial clients and internal teams.
- Customer Service and relationship management skills to provide responsive support and maintain long-term partnerships.
- Sales and Sales Management capabilities to drive lead generation, pipeline management, and target achievement.
- Training and product presentation skills to educate clients and internal stakeholders on industrial pump features and benefits.
- Relevant experience in industrial or technical product sales, preferably pumps or similar equipment.
- Basic technical understanding of industrial pump applications and ability to learn product specifications.
- Proficiency in using CRM tools, MS Office, and reporting systems for sales tracking and documentation.
- Diploma or degree in Engineering, Business, or a related field is preferred.
- Ability to work on-site in Raipur, travel to customer locations, and manage time independently.
