About Position:

We are seeking an experienced Salesforce Health Cloud Technical Lead with 8+ years of Salesforce development experience and at least 2+ years of Health Cloud expertise. The ideal candidate will be responsible for designing, developing, and delivering scalable healthcare solutions leveraging Salesforce Health Cloud, Experience Cloud, Apex, LWC, Aura, SOQL, and Salesforce APIs. This role requires deep understanding of healthcare and life sciences data models, patient-centric workflows, integrations, security, and cloud-based architectures.

You will work closely with business stakeholders, architects, and development teams to build secure, scalable, and high-performance healthcare applications that improve patient engagement and operational efficiency..

What You'll Do:

- Design, develop, and customize Salesforce Health Cloud solutions to support patient, provider, caregiver, and member-centric business processes.
- Map healthcare, clinical, and life-science data into the Salesforce Health Cloud data model using Person Accounts and industry best practices.
- Build scalable and secure Salesforce applications using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, and Platform Services.
- Design and implement Healthcare and Life Sciences workflows leveraging Health Cloud capabilities and Patient 360 views.
- Develop and maintain Salesforce Experience Cloud portals and digital experiences for patients, providers, and partners.
- Configure and customize Health Cloud components including Care Plans, Care Teams, Patient Timelines, Consent Management, and Clinical Data Models.
- Implement complex integrations with external healthcare systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware solutions.
- Design and support cross-org and multi-system data exchange solutions across Salesforce and enterprise applications.
- Build and optimize Flows, Apex Triggers, Apex Classes, Batch Jobs, and declarative automation components.
- Ensure compliance with Salesforce security best practices, data privacy standards, and governance requirements.
- Leverage Salesforce Shield capabilities for platform security, encryption, event monitoring,



and compliance monitoring.
- Identify and resolve patient data duplication issues while maintaining data quality and integrity.
- Optimize application performance, scalability, reliability, and user experience across Health Cloud implementations.
- Collaborate with business analysts, UX teams, solution architects, and stakeholders to translate business requirements into technical solutions.
- Lead technical design reviews, architecture discussions, code reviews, and implementation best practices.
- Mentor developers and provide technical leadership across Health Cloud and Salesforce initiatives.
- Support deployment planning, release management, testing, and production support activities.
- Contribute to CI/CD implementation, DevOps practices, and Salesforce release automation.

Expertise You'll Bring:

- 8 to 12 years of Salesforce development experience with a minimum of 2+ years focused on Salesforce Health Cloud implementations.
- Strong expertise in Salesforce Health Cloud architecture, configuration, customization, and implementation.
- Deep understanding of Salesforce Health Cloud Data Model including Person Accounts, Care Plans, Care Teams, Patient Timelines, Consent Management, and Patient 360.
- Experience implementing healthcare and life sciences solutions on Salesforce platforms.
- Strong hands-on expertise in Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Aura Components, SOQL, SOSL, and Salesforce APIs.
- Proven experience building custom Salesforce applications and scalable healthcare solutions.
- Strong experience with Salesforce Experience Cloud, Community Builder, Experience Templates, and branding customization.
- Hands-on experience integrating Salesforce with external systems using REST APIs, SOAP APIs, Platform Events, and middleware platforms.
- Experience implementing cross-org integrations and enterprise data synchronization strategies.




- Strong understanding of healthcare data management, clinical workflows, patient engagement processes, and life sciences operations.
- Knowledge of REMS processes, healthcare compliance requirements, and regulated industry environments.
- Experience with Salesforce Shield, security architecture, encryption, field-level security, sharing models, and compliance best practices.
- Experience configuring Flows, Workflow Rules, Process Automation, Apex Triggers, and asynchronous processing.
- Strong understanding of Salesforce development lifecycle, release management, and deployment processes.
- Experience working in Agile and Scrum-based development environments.
- Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management capabilities.
- Proven ability to lead teams, mentor developers, and drive technical excellence across projects.
