We are hiring an experienced SAP IS-U CRM Technical Consultant (6 to 8 years) for an immediate contract position across India Metro Cities.

Role Details

- Role: SAP IS-U CRM Technical Consultant
- Position Type: Contingent Worker
- Work Hours: 45 hours per week
- Experience: 6 to 8 Years of relevant experience
- Location: India Metro Cities (Bangalore / Hyderabad / Chennai / Pune / Kolkata / Delhi NCR / Mumbai)
- Notice Period: Immediate to 15 days max
- Background Verification: Must have clean documentation and be able to successfully complete the standard BGC process

What you will be working on:
- Developing and customizing SAP CRM WebClient UI components, views, context nodes, runtime repository, and event handlers.
- Implementing custom technical solutions using CRM ABAP, OO-ABAP, and the GenIL/BOL programming framework.
- Managing technical integration, interface troubleshooting, and data synchronization between SAP CRM and SAP IS-Utilities backend systems.
- Resolving CRM Middleware issues, replication queues (SMQ1, SMQ2), and BDoc failures (SMW01) for utilities business objects.
- Enhancing standard utilities processes (Move-In, Move-Out, Disconnection, Reconnection, Contract Management) via BADIs, user exits, and events.
- Building custom logic and enhancements within the One Order framework.
- Authoring technical design documents,



conducting unit/integration testing (SIT/UAT), and supporting production cutover and hypercare.

What we are looking for

- 6 to 8 years of solid hands-on technical development experience in SAP CRM with dedicated exposure to SAP IS-U integration.
- Robust proficiency in GenIL, BOL programming, WebClient UI architecture, and Object-Oriented ABAP.
- Deep practical experience with CRM Middleware, BDocs monitoring, and RFC/ALE interface troubleshooting with IS-U.
- Familiarity with utilities master data models (Business Partner, Contract Account, Connection Object, Premise, Point of Delivery).
- Proven track record supporting full lifecycle implementations, rollouts, or critical support engagements.
- Clear employment and educational background to pass client BGC standards.
- Strong analytical debugging capabilities and effective team communication skills.
