Ashtavinayaka Technocrafts Pvt. Ltd. (ATPL) is a manufacturer of high-quality stainless steel processing equipment, operating from a 22,000 sq. m. facility in Ahmedabad. We serve clients such as Amul Dairy, Mother Dairy, Nandini, Nestle and Milky Mist, and export to markets including Kenya, Uganda, Sri Lanka and Canada. ATPL is ISO 9001:2015 certified by TUV Nord and recognized by industry leaders such as Tetra Pak, SPX, GEA and IDMC.

As we grow in tanks and turnkey solutions for the dairy, food and beverage industries, we are looking for 3 professionals to join our team.

SALES PROFESSIONAL | 1 Position

Full-time, on-site | Experience: 3 to 4 years in tank or process equipment sales

Responsibilities

- Identify new business opportunities and generate leads
- Build relationships with domestic and international customers
- Conduct client meetings and product presentations
- Prepare proposals and quotations, and negotiate terms
- Coordinate with production, logistics and service teams for timely delivery and after-sales support
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and customer feedback

Requirements

- Education in Business, Engineering, Marketing or a related field
- Solid communication, presentation and negotiation skills




- Ability to understand technical specifications and explain customer benefits
- Basic knowledge of CRM tools and MS Office
- Willingness to travel for client visits and industry events
- Knowledge of the dairy or food processing sector is an advantage

ESTIMATION ENGINEER | 2 Positions

Full-time, on-site | Experience: 3 to 4 years in estimation for tanks and turnkey solutions

Responsibilities

- Study customer enquiries, specifications and drawings
- Prepare material take-offs and cost estimates for tanks and turnkey projects
- Prepare layouts and general arrangement drawings in AutoCAD
- Support the sales team with technical and commercial offers
- Coordinate with the design, purchase and production teams

Requirements

- Degree or diploma in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
- Proficiency in AutoCAD
- Experience in the dairy, food or beverage industry preferred
- Good knowledge of stainless steel fabrication and process equipment
