Location: Ambattur, Chennai
Role Title: Sales Manager – Direct Selling Agent (DSA) Vertical
Budget / Max CTC: Up to ₹7.00 LPA (depending on experience and current CTC)
Key Responsibilities
- DSA Network Expansion & Onboarding: Identify,
recruit, and onboard high-performing Direct Selling Agents (DSAs), connectors, and financial consultants in Ambattur and surrounding West Chennai catchment areas (Avadi, Mogappair, Red Hills, Anna Nagar west).
- Business Generation & Pipeline: Drive monthly sourcing targets for Home Loans (HL) and Loan Against Property (LAP) primarily through the DSA channel.
- Relationship & Yield Management: Maintain active engagement with DSA partners to ensure consistent lead pipeline, high conversion rates, and business productivity.
- End-to-End Processing: Coordinate with internal credit, risk, and operations teams from initial file login to final sanction and disbursement.
