Role Description This is a full-time remote role for a Sales Closure specialist at TELAEON. The role involves engaging with qualified leads, presenting product options, and guiding prospects through the decision-making process to confirm orders.

The Sales

Closure specialist will follow up with potential customers, address questions, clarify pricing and customization options, and ensure a smooth transition from proposal to final agreement. Daily responsibilities include coordinating with internal teams on quotes and timelines, maintaining accurate records of interactions in the CRM system, and providing clear, qualified communication via phone, email,



and online meetings. The role also includes gathering customer feedback to help refine sales approaches and support overall customer satisfaction.

Qualifications

- Strong Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with prospects and clients.
- Proven Sales and Sales Management abilities to handle negotiations, close deals, and manage a sales pipeline.
- Experience in Training or coaching to help improve sales techniques and share best practices with team members.
- Comfort working remotely, with reliable internet access and the ability to manage time and tasks independently.
- Familiarity with uniforms, apparel, or B2B product sales is beneficial.
- Basic proficiency with CRM tools and standard office software.
- Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and a results-oriented mindset.
- Prior experience in inside sales, telesales, or account coordination is an advantage.
