Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Sales and Marketing Intern role based in Chennai. The intern will support daily sales activities by engaging with customers, assisting in product demonstrations, and helping manage inquiries in retail or partner settings. They will contribute to marketing campaigns, support promotional events, and assist in creating and distributing marketing materials.

The role includes maintaining customer records, gathering feedback, and coordinating with the sales team to track performance and identify opportunities for growth.



The intern will work closely with team members to learn sales processes, marketing strategies, and brand positioning within the toy market.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess robust Communication and Customer Service skills to interact effectively with customers and team members.
- Candidates should possess foundational Sales and Sales Management skills to support selling activities and basic sales tracking.
- Candidates should possess Training-related skills to learn quickly, adapt to processes, and help share product knowledge with customers or partners.
- Candidates should have basic understanding of marketing principles, interest in the toy or consumer products industry, and the ability to work on-site in Chennai.
- Candidates should demonstrate a proactive attitude, reliability, and willingness to collaborate in a team-oriented environment.
- A diploma or degree in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field (completed or in progress) is beneficial.
