YOUR ROLE

We're hiring for skilled and motivated SailPoint IdentityIQ/IdentityNow and Omada Administrators across Pan India to join our team. The ideal candidate will have 6 to 12 years of hands-on experience in Identity & Access Management (IAM) with solid expertise in SailPoint and Omada solutions to support, administer, integrate, and optimize enterprise Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) environments.

- Manage and administer SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), IdentityNow (IDN), and Omada platforms to ensure secure and efficient Identity Governance & Administration (IGA) operations.
- Support user lifecycle management (Joiner, Mover, Leaver), access provisioning/deprovisioning, role management, certifications, and Segregation of Duties (SoD) controls.
- Troubleshoot and resolve workflow, connector, integration, and access-related issues across enterprise applications, directories, and cloud environments.
- Implement and enhance identity governance processes, automation, workflows, and integrations to improve security, compliance, and operational efficiency.
- Ensure compliance with SOX, GDPR, GxP, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 requirements while supporting audits, platform upgrades, and governance initiatives.

YOUR PROFILE





- 4–10 years of hands-on experience in SailPoint IdentityIQ (IIQ), IdentityNow (IDN), and/or Omada Administration within enterprise IAM environments.
- Strong expertise in Identity Governance & Administration (IGA), including Joiner-Mover-Leaver (JML), access provisioning, certifications, role management, and Segregation of Duties (SoD).
- Experience integrating SailPoint/Omada with Active Directory, SAP, Oracle Fusion, Workday, ServiceNow, and cloud applications.
- Good knowledge of Java/BeanShell scripting, workflows, connectors, automation, and troubleshooting complex identity management issues.
- Exposure to pharmaceutical or regulated environments with compliance standards such as GxP, SOX, GDPR, and FDA 21 CFR Part 11 is highly preferred.
