Role Description The Retail Project Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in New Delhi. This role involves overseeing retail fit-out projects from inception to completion, including defining project scope, timelines, and deliverables. The individual will coordinate with clients, designers, contractors, and suppliers to ensure that all work aligns with specifications, budget, and schedule.

Daily responsibilities include monitoring site progress, managing resources, resolving issues, tracking costs, and maintaining clear project documentation.

Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Project Management and Project Planning skills, with experience overseeing end-to-end retail or commercial fit-out projects.
- Candidates should possess solid Budgeting and Analytical Skills to estimate costs, control expenses, and interpret project performance data.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with clients, internal teams, and external vendors, and to produce clear reports and documentation.
- Candidates should possess the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.
- Relevant academic background in Engineering, Architecture, Construction Management, or a related field is preferred.
- Experience working on-site with contractors and vendors in retail or commercial interiors, including knowledge of fit-out processes, materials, and local regulations, is beneficial.
- Proficiency in project management tools and MS Office, along with strong attention to detail and problem-solving capabilities, is advantageous.
