* in Ahmedabad to manage end-to-end recruitment for technical and non-technical site roles. You will handle sourcing, screening, team coordination and onboarding to ensure vacancies are closed on time.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage end-to-end recruitment, from sourcing to joining.
• Source and screen technical and non-technical candidates.
• Handle recruitment for both *blue-collar and white-collar
* positions.
• Conduct initial HR interviews and coordinate technical interviews.




• Work with Project/Site teams to understand and manage manpower requirements.
• Maintain the candidate database, recruitment records and interview trackers.
• Handle and maintain the manpower BOQ with vendors.
• Coordinate offers, salary negotiation and joining formalities.
• Achieve recruitment targets and ensure timely closure of vacancies. Required Skills
