ROLE PURPOSE & OBJECTIVE

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced professional to join Ujjivan Small Finance Bank's North Business department as a Relationship Manager specializing in housing loans. This role demands a strategic individual who can manage and expand the bank's housing loan portfolio by building strong client relationships, understanding customer needs, and delivering tailored financial solutions. The ideal candidate will have a deep understanding of the housing loan market, regulatory environment, and credit risk assessment, combined with excellent communication and negotiation skills to drive business growth and ensure customer satisfaction within the competitive banking sector.

Key Duties And Responsibilities Of The Role

- Develop and maintain robust relationships with existing and prospective clients to promote housing loan products and services.
- Conduct detailed financial assessments and credit appraisals to evaluate loan eligibility and risk in compliance with regulatory guidelines.
- Collaborate with internal teams including credit, legal, and operations to ensure smooth loan processing and timely disbursal.
- Identify market trends and customer needs to recommend appropriate housing loan products and customized financial solutions.
- Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to the growth of the housing loan portfolio within the North Business region.
- Provide expert guidance to clients on housing loan terms, interest rates, repayment options, and documentation requirements.




- Monitor loan accounts post-disbursement to ensure timely repayments and proactively manage any potential defaults or delinquencies.
- Organize and participate in marketing and outreach activities to increase brand visibility and generate new business leads.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of banking regulations, housing finance policies, and competitive landscape to ensure compliance and competitive positioning.
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, client feedback, and market insights for senior management review.

E Ducational Qualifications MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS OF KNOWLEDGE AND SKILLS

- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business Administration, or a related field; MBA or equivalent postgraduate qualification preferred.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in housing loan sales, relationship management, or credit appraisal within the banking or financial services industry.
