About Us

Our Clients build enterprise software for utility companies, focused on Demand-Side Management (DSM) and energy efficiency program tracking. Our platform runs on the Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365. We need people who can make quality visible, repeatable, and well documented.

The RoleYou’ll own test design, execution, and documentation for our portal and model-driven app releases. You’ll write transparent, step-by-step test cases with screenshots, run them in Azure DevOps Test Plans, and produce the user guides and training material that go to our clients and internal teams.

What You’ll Do

- Design and maintain test plans, suites, and test cases in Azure DevOps Test Plans
- Write detailed test steps with expected results and annotated screenshots attached to each step
- Execute manual test runs, log defects in Azure DevOps Boards, and track them through to closure
- Run regression, smoke, and UAT cycles for each release
- Validate requirements and user stories on the Board before development starts (acceptance criteria review)
- Create user guides, how-to documents, release notes, and training decks/videos
- Support client UAT sessions by preparing scripts, test data, and walkthroughs
- Keep the test library current as the platform evolves

What We’re Looking ForMust have





- 2+ years in software testing/QA (manual testing, test case design)
- Hands-on experience with Azure DevOps Test Plans and Boards (test suites, parameters, shared steps, test runs, bug workflows)
- Strong written English: test steps and documents must be unambiguous
- Experience capturing and annotating screenshots (Snagit, Azure Test Runner, or similar)
- Experience producing user documentation or training material
- Attention to detail and the discipline to log reproducible bugs

Nice to have

- Experience testing Power Pages, Dynamics 365, Dataverse, or model-driven apps
- Experience with screen recording and video tools (Camtasia, Loom, etc.)
- ISTQB certification
- Exposure to utility, energy, or B2B enterprise software (Preffered)
- Familiarity with test automation (Selenium, or EasyRepro/Power Apps Test Engine)(Preffered)
