Job Summary

We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to manage and execute industrial projects from planning to final delivery. The candidate should have strong project planning, execution, coordination and monitoring skills, ensuring projects are completed within the scheduled timelines, budget and quality standards.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and monitor projects from initiation to completion.
- Prepare project schedules, timelines, budgets and execution plans.
- Coordinate with Design, Purchase, Production, Quality and Site teams.
- Monitor project progress and ensure timely completion and delivery.
- Track project costs, resource allocation and material requirements.
- Coordinate with clients, vendors, consultants and other stakeholders.
- Conduct regular project review meetings and provide progress reports to management.
- Identify project risks, delays and execution challenges and take corrective action.
- Ensure compliance with quality, safety and technical requirements.
- Follow up on material procurement, manufacturing, inspection and dispatch.




- Handle multiple projects simultaneously and ensure effective execution.

Mandatory Qualifications & Requirements

- B.E. / B.Tech in Mechanical Engineering.
- 8–12 years of relevant experience in Project Management / Project Execution.
- Strong experience in handling industrial engineering or manufacturing projects.
- Good knowledge of project planning, scheduling, budgeting and execution.
- Solid coordination, communication and team management skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel, MS Office and project reporting.
- Willingness to travel to client locations, project sites and factories as required for project coordination, execution and inspection.

Preferred Experience

- Experience in Boiler Manufacturing, Pressure Vessels, Pressure Parts or Heavy Fabrication industries will be highly preferred.
- Experience in handling large-scale industrial projects from order receipt to final delivery.
- Knowledge of manufacturing processes, inspection, quality documentation and dispatch coordination.
