Project: Digital Product ID Platform Migration

Location: Bangalore (5 Days/Week)

Position Overview

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Project Manager to lead and support the execution of a strategic Digital Product ID (Digital Product Identification) platform migration from Digimarc to Scantrust.

This initiative aims to strengthen product authentication capabilities, enhance consumer engagement, advance sustainability objectives, and establish a scalable technology foundation to support future Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements.

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating and driving various aspects of the migration, including vendor onboarding, platform configuration, API integration development, reporting enablement, data migration, factory activation, testing, training, and go-live readiness.

The role requires solid project management, stakeholder coordination, vendor management, and technology implementation experience to ensure a seamless migration with minimal business disruption and uninterrupted authentication services.

Key Responsibilities

1. Project Planning & Execution

- Develop and manage the overall project plan, timelines, milestones, and deliverables.
- Coordinate project activities across business, IT, vendors, and other relevant stakeholders.
- Monitor project progress, identify potential risks, and implement mitigation strategies.
- Ensure the migration is delivered within agreed timelines, scope, and quality expectations.

1. Vendor Onboarding & Management

- Coordinate the onboarding of Scantrust and facilitate collaboration between the existing and new platform vendors.
- Manage vendor deliverables, dependencies, timelines, and issue resolution.
- Ensure effective communication and alignment across all external and internal stakeholders.

1. Platform Configuration & Integration

- Oversee platform configuration activities and ensure alignment with business and technical requirements.
- Coordinate API integration development between Scantrust and existing enterprise systems.
- Work closely with technical teams to track integration dependencies, resolve issues,



and ensure system compatibility.

1. Data Migration & Reporting Enablement

- Coordinate data migration activities from Digimarc to Scantrust.
- Ensure data accuracy, integrity, completeness, and successful validation.
- Drive reporting enablement to ensure business teams have access to the required operational and performance insights.

1. Factory Activation & Business Readiness

- Coordinate factory activation activities to ensure the new platform is operational across relevant manufacturing locations.
- Work with factory teams and business stakeholders to manage implementation dependencies.
- Ensure operational processes and authentication services remain functional throughout the transition.

1. Testing, Training & Go-Live

- Oversee testing activities, including integration testing, user acceptance testing (UAT), and end-to-end validation.
- Coordinate issue tracking, defect resolution, and testing sign-offs.
- Organize stakeholder training and ensure users are prepared to operate the new platform.
- Manage go-live planning, cutover activities, and post-implementation stabilization.

1. Stakeholder Communication & Governance

- Provide regular project status updates, progress reports, and management presentations.
- Facilitate project meetings and ensure timely decision-making.
- Maintain project documentation, risk registers, action trackers, and dependency logs.
- Ensure alignment between business objectives, technical deliverables, and implementation outcomes.

Project Objectives
- Successfully migrate the Digital Product ID platform from Digimarc to Scantrust.
- Ensure continuity of product authentication services throughout the migration.
- Enable enhanced consumer engagement and product traceability capabilities.
- Support organizational sustainability objectives.




- Establish a scalable platform foundation to accommodate future Digital Product Passport (DPP) requirements.
- Reduce dependency on the existing vendor and enable future technology innovation.

Required Skills & Qualifications
- Proven experience managing complex IT, digital transformation, enterprise application implementation, or platform migration projects.
- Strong project planning, execution, governance, and stakeholder management skills.
- Experience coordinating third-party vendors and cross-functional technical teams.
- Understanding of API integrations, enterprise system connectivity, and data migration.
- Experience managing software implementation, platform configuration, testing, UAT, and go-live activities.
- Strong understanding of data management, reporting enablement, and system integration dependencies.
- Excellent communication, coordination, problem-solving, and risk management capabilities.
- Ability to manage multiple workstreams and drive deliverables in a complex project environment.

Preferred / Good-to-Have Experience
- Experience with Digital Product Identification (Digital ID) platforms.
- Exposure to product authentication, serialization, traceability, and anti-counterfeiting solutions.
- Familiarity with Digital Product Passport (DPP) initiatives and regulatory requirements.
- Experience with consumer engagement technologies and sustainability-focused digital initiatives.
- Previous experience with manufacturing, supply chain, or factory technology implementations.
- Exposure to platforms such as Digimarc or Scantrust would be an added advantage.
