Role Description

We are seeking an accomplished and research-oriented Professor in Healthcare Management to join our academic team. The ideal candidate should possess strong academic credentials, a proven track record of teaching and research, and substantial post-Ph.D. experience. The role involves delivering quality education, mentoring students, publishing research in reputed journals, developing innovative academic programmes, and fostering industry collaborations.





The candidate will also contribute to consultancy projects, Management Development Programmes (MDPs), seminars, webinars, and conferences while strengthening the institution's academic and research excellence..

Qualifications

Educational Qualification

- Master’s degree in the relevant field with a minimum of 60% marks.
- Ph.D. in the respective discipline is mandatory.

Experience:

- Minimum 10 years of post-Ph.D. experience in teaching, research, academia, or reputed industry.

Key Responsibilities:

- Conduct high-quality research and publish in reputed Scopus-indexed, ABDC, WoS, PubMed, UGC CARE-listed, and peer-reviewed journals.
- Deliver high-quality lectures and engage in research-driven teaching.
- Provide academic mentorship and guidance to undergraduate and postgraduate students.
- Develop innovative teaching methodologies and course content.
- Maintain a strong publication record in peer-reviewed journals.
- Lead and contribute to MDPs, consultancy projects, research activities, seminars, webinars, and conferences.
- Establish and maintain strong industry networks for academic and research collaboration.

Location Preference:

- Candidates from Delhi NCR will be preferred.
