About the role

We are looking for a Product Manager – AI (Associate level) with 3–5 years of product experience who wants to own and ship AI-powered product features end to end.

You will work closely with our engineering, design, and AI teams to define the problem, shape the solution, and measure the impact of features built on LLMs, AI agents, and Voice AI.

Responsibilities

- Own the roadmap and backlog for assigned AI-powered product areas, from discovery to launch.
- Write explicit PRDs, user stories, and acceptance criteria that engineering can build against.
- Translate customer and recruiter pain points into AI feature requirements, including prompts, workflows, and expected outputs.
- Work with engineers to scope LLM, agent, and voice-based features and trade off quality, latency, and cost.
- Define success metrics and evaluation criteria for AI features, and review model output quality with the team.
- Run user interviews, feedback sessions, and A/B experiments to validate ideas and iterate quickly.
- Track product analytics and turn data into prioritization decisions.
- Coordinate launches with engineering, design, sales, and customer success, and write release notes and enablement material.

Required Skills





- 3–5 years of product management experience in a SaaS, technology, or AI-driven product team.
- Strong skills in product discovery, prioritization, and roadmap planning.
- Ability to write clear PRDs, user stories, and specifications.
- Working understanding of LLMs, prompt engineering, and how AI models are integrated into products.
- Comfort with data and analytics, including basic SQL or product analytics tools.
- Experience working closely with engineering and design teams in an agile setup.

Good to Have

- Experience shipping products with LLMs, AI agents, Voice AI, or AI automation.
- Familiarity with RAG, embeddings, evaluation frameworks, and structured outputs.
- Experience in HR tech, recruiting, or marketplace products.
- Hands-on use of OpenAI, Gemini, Claude, or similar tools to prototype ideas.
- Basic Python or API knowledge and comfort reading technical documentation.

Education

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Business, or a related field.
- MBA or equivalent product experience is a plus but not required.
