Lead endtoend delivery of the 695application discovery program and coordinate the Application Active Directory and IAM workstreams
Key responsibilities
Own the integrated 10week project plan and applicationwave execution
Manage the 695application tracker RAID dependencies and escalations
Coordinate with application owners Solution Architects AD IAM security and business stakeholders
Drive access and data requests required for application discovery
Track weekly throughput against the planned application waves
Run weekly governance and internal execution reviews
Monitor blocked applications and drive dependency closure or exception classification
Ensure evidence status and deliverables are consolidated across all workstreams
Prepare weekly status reporting covering coverage quality blockers decisions risks and forecast which is explicitly part of the SOW governance model ltimindtreepointcom
