Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Bhubaneswar for a Power Electronics and Inverter Circuit Design Engineer. The role involves designing, simulating, and testing power electronic circuits and inverter topologies for various applications, including robotics, automation, and smart energy systems. Day-to-day responsibilities include selecting components, preparing schematics, running simulations, supporting PCB design, and participating in prototype development and validation.

The engineer will collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to integrate power electronics into embedded and automation systems, troubleshoot performance issues, and optimize efficiency, reliability, and safety. The role also includes preparing technical documentation,



contributing to R&D; initiatives, and staying updated with industry standards and emerging technologies in power electronics.

Qualifications

- Strong foundation in Electrical Engineering and Electronics, with practical understanding of power electronics, inverter circuits, and related components.
- Solid Analytical Skills to perform circuit analysis, simulations, fault diagnosis, and performance optimization.
- Knowledge of Electricity principles, including power conversion, protection, grounding, and safety practices in low- and medium-voltage systems.
- Effective Communication skills for collaborating with cross-functional teams, documenting designs, and presenting technical information clearly.
- Experience with circuit simulation and design tools (e.g., MATLAB/Simulink, PSpice, LTspice, Altium, or similar) is highly beneficial.
- Familiarity with embedded systems interfaces, control algorithms for inverters, and relevant industry standards is an advantage.
- Bachelor’s degree or higher in Electrical Engineering, Electronics Engineering, or a closely related discipline.
- Ability to work in office in Bhubaneswar, manage multiple projects, and maintain attention to detail in a fast-paced, innovation-focused environment.
