Job Opportunity - PMO (Complete Work from office)

Role: Project Coordinator

Experience: Minimum 5 to 10 years

Location: Thane West (100 percent work from office, no hybrid, no work from home)

Key Responsibilities

- Governance &
- Standards: Define, implement, and maintain project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or Hybrid), frameworks, SOPs, and templates.
- Portfolio &
- Program Oversight: Track enterprise-wide visibility of project status, milestones, dependencies, and execution health across multiple streams.
- Resource &
- Capacity Planning: Optimize resource allocation, competency assesment and prevent bottlenecks or over-resourcing across teams.Control Attrition (alerts, engagement, convincing, actions).Control Bench Utilization,Deliver Presentation to senior executives.
- Risk &
- Issue Management: Establish portfolio-level risk registers (RAID logs), run audits, escalate critical blockers
- Invoicing-Prepare Invoices along with Accounts,Prepare Margin Data
- Stakeholder &
- Leadership Reporting: Design executive dashboards, KPIs,



and regular steering committee reviews for senior management.
- Finance-Collect SOW/CR Details from customer,Review and Approve project timesheet

Required Skills &

- Qualifications

- Experience: Typically 7 to 10+ years in project management, PMO operations, or business transformation roles.
- Methodologies & Certifications: Solid command of Agile, Scrum, Waterfall, or SAFe, often backed by certifications like PMP, PMI-ACP, PRINCE2, or P3O.

- Technical Tools: Proficiency in portfolio and highly detailed project tracking
- Core Competencies:Solving problems by own, Strategic thinking, cross-functional stakeholder management, analytical capability, and change management.
- Should or have worked in challenging enviornment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science,BE/BTech in IT/CS/ME/MTech in IT/CS
- Certifications (Preferred): PMP, PRINCE2, CSM, or PfMP. (Not mandatory)
