- Handle procurement of polymers such as PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and other plastic raw materials.
- Manage domestic and international sourcing of polymer materials.
- Coordinate with overseas suppliers, import companies, vendors and traders for quotations and negotiations.
- Prepare and process purchase orders and ensure timely material availability.
- Monitor international polymer prices, market trends and supplier quotations.
- Coordinate with suppliers, logistics, finance and internal departments for import documentation and shipment tracking.
- Manage supplier relationships and develop new sourcing channels.
- Ensure cost optimisation, quality standards and adherence to procurement timelines.
- Maintain purchase records, vendor databases and procurement reports.

Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Commerce, Business Administration,



Supply Chain Management or a relevant field.
- 3–4 years of experience in Polymer / Plastic Raw Material Procurement.
- Prior experience working with import companies or handling international polymer procurement is mandatory.
- Valuable knowledge of PP, HDPE, LDPE, LLDPE and other polymer grades.
- Experience in vendor development, price negotiation and purchase order management.
- Knowledge of import procedures, shipping documentation and international trade is preferred.
- Strong negotiation, communication and coordination skills.
- Proficiency in MS Excel and procurement-related documentation.
