Kyros Solution is a growth agency working with D2C jewellery and lifestyle brands. We’re looking for a performance marketer who can take ownership of paid acquisition, improve campaign efficiency, and scale accounts profitably.

What you’ll do

- Plan, launch, and optimise campaigns across Meta and Google Ads, including Search, Shopping, and Performance Max.
- Own account strategy, budget allocation, and performance against revenue, ROAS, and customer acquisition cost targets.
- Build a structured creative testing process with designers and editors to test concepts, messaging, formats, and offers.
- Monitor tracking accuracy across Meta Pixel, Conversions API, GA4, and Google Ads.
- Identify opportunities across product feeds, landing pages, offers, and the purchase journey.
- Present clear weekly and monthly client reports with insights, actions, and next steps.




- Document campaign learnings and build repeatable processes for the team.

What we’re looking for

- 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, primarily with D2C or e-commerce brands.
- Strong practical expertise in both Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Proven experience personally managing ₹50–70 lakh in monthly advertising budgets.
- A proven record of improving results and scaling campaigns, supported by clear examples.
- A strong understanding of ROAS, CAC, average order value, conversion rate, and how these affect profitability.
- Working knowledge of Shopify, GA4, Google Merchant Center, and conversion tracking.
- Strong analytical skills, clear communication, and ownership of account outcomes.

Good to have

Experience managing multiple agency accounts, working with jewellery or lifestyle brands, and improving performance through UGC, creative testing, and conversion rate optimisation.
