Revenue Phoenix is a growth agency offering web design and development, paid ads, and end-to-end social media management for high-ticket clients across India, the US, Canada, the UK, and the Gulf.

About the Role

We are looking for an experienced Performance Marketer to run and scale paid campaigns for Indian and international brands, with a focus on the US markets. This is a full-time role on our founding team, with real ownership of client results.

Location and Work Mode

Noida. Work from home for now, moving to work from office from December.

Salary

₹40,000 per month + performance incentives every 3 months.

What You’ll Do

- Plan, launch, and optimise Meta and Google Ads campaigns for multiple clients
- Generate high-quality leads and improve conversion rates, not just lower CPL
- Own budgets, tracking, and reporting, and keep spend effective
- Scale winning campaigns while controlling acquisition costs
- Test creatives, copy, and audiences, and act on the data
- Brief the creative team on ad needs and review before launch
- Share clear, plain-language performance reports with clients and the team
- Work directly with clients on strategy and results

What We’re Looking For

- 3–4 years of hands-on experience running Meta Ads and Google Ads




- Real estate lead generation experience is a must
- Experience in D2C and e-commerce, jewellery, and pet care or lifestyle brands
- Experience with Canada or US market ad accounts is a big plus
- Strong grasp of tracking, funnels, CPL/CPA, lead quality, and ROAS
- Someone who takes ownership and doesn’t need to be chased
- Skills-first. No degree required, but you should be able to show your work
