About the Role

We are looking for a detail-oriented and proactive ORM Specialist with strong Malayalam and English language skills to manage online brand reputation, monitor customer conversations, and engage with audiences across digital platforms. The candidate should be proficient in reading and writing both Malayalam and English and be capable of responding to customer queries, feedback, and reviews professionally.

Key Responsibilities

- Monitor and manage brand mentions, customer feedback, reviews, and conversations across social media platforms and online channels.
- Respond to customer queries, comments, complaints, and reviews in Malayalam and English.
- Draft accurate, engaging, and grammatically correct responses in both languages.
- Track online conversations and identify potential reputation-related issues.
- Escalate negative feedback, sensitive complaints, and critical issues to the concerned teams.
- Maintain consistency in brand communication and ensure timely responses.
- Prepare daily/weekly ORM reports, tracking customer sentiment, engagement, and recurring concerns.




- Identify trends in customer feedback and share actionable insights with the internal team.

Required Skills & Qualifications

- Graduate in any discipline.
- Must be proficient in reading and writing Malayalam and English.
- Strong written communication and comprehension skills in both languages.
- Valuable understanding of social media platforms such as Instagram, Facebook, YouTube, Google My Business ( GMB).
- Ability to handle customer feedback and online conversations professionally.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently.
- Basic knowledge of MS Excel or Google Sheets.

Preferred Qualifications

- 6 Months to 1 year experience in Online Reputation Management (ORM), social media management, or customer engagement.
- Experience handling customer reviews, comments, and brand communication.
- Understanding of social media trends and online community engagement.
