Role Description The Owner role at BECO Plast Egypt is a full-time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The owner is responsible for overseeing overall business operations, including production, supply chain, sales, and financial performance. Day-to-day tasks include setting strategic goals, monitoring key business metrics, managing budgets, and ensuring compliance with industry standards and local regulations.

Qualifications

- Strong business management, strategic planning, and leadership skills to oversee company operations and guide long-term growth.
- Experience in manufacturing, plastics, or construction-related industries, preferably with exposure to drainage systems or infrastructure projects.
- Financial acumen, including budgeting, cost control, and basic understanding of accounting and profitability management.
- Proficiency in stakeholder management, negotiation, and relationship building with clients, suppliers, and internal teams.
- Ability to manage on-site operations in Bengaluru, including coordination with production, logistics, and quality assurance teams.
- Strong problem-solving, decision-making, and analytical skills to address operational challenges and identify growth opportunities.
