Role Description The Operations Manager is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru, responsible for overseeing day-to-day facility management operations across client locations. This position manages Hard and Soft facilities services, ensuring adherence to safety, compliance, and performance standards.

The Operations

Manager coordinates vendor and AMC management, supervises service delivery teams, and implements standardized processes to maintain quality and efficiency. The role includes monitoring operational KPIs,



using technology and analytics for decision-making, optimizing costs, and supporting lean staffing models.

The Operations

Manager also collaborates with clients to understand requirements, address service issues, and drive continuous improvement in facility operations.

Qualifications

- Experience in operations management, preferably in facility management, real estate, or related service industries.
- Strong skills in vendor management, AMC oversight, and contract administration.
- Ability to manage Hard services such as mechanical, electrical, HVAC, plumbing, and building maintenance.
- Ability to oversee Soft services including cleaning, landscaping, waste management, pest control, and security operations.
- Competence in using digital tools, automation platforms, and analytics for reporting and performance tracking.
- Excellent organizational, planning, and multitasking capabilities with attention to detail.
- Effective communication, stakeholder management, and team leadership skills.
- Proven problem-solving abilities and experience in process improvement and cost optimization.
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Facilities Management, Business Administration, or a related field; relevant certifications in facilities or operations management are an advantage.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru and travel to client locations as required.
