Sales Operations Executive (B2B Order Fulfillment)

Key Responsibilities

- Order Management: Take full ownership of the Order-to-Cash (O2C) cycle, ensuring timely and accurate order processing for corporate clients.
- End-to-End Fulfillment: Manage end-to-end order fulfillment for corporate/B2B customers, preferably in the manufacturing, trading, or physical goods sectors.
- Commercial Transactions: Oversee commercial transactions, including invoicing, E-Way bills, and receivables management.
- Client Communication: Maintain excellent communication with corporate clients, ensuring their needs are met and issues are resolved promptly.
- Data Management: Utilize strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets to track orders, inventory, and financial transactions.
- Tech Proficiency: Leverage modern technology and AI tools to enhance productivity and streamline operations.
- Problem Solving: Exhibit high ownership and solid problem-solving skills,



following up relentlessly with internal factories and warehouses to ensure order fulfillment.

Qualifications

- Experience: 4–6 years of experience in Sales Operations, Order Management, Commercial Operations, or B2B Client Servicing.
- Industry Knowledge: Proven experience in handling end-to-end order fulfillment for corporate/B2B customers, preferably in manufacturing or trading sectors.
- Commercial Acumen: Strong practical knowledge of commercial transactions, invoicing, E-Way bills, and receivables.
- Language Proficiency: Fluent in English and Hindi, with excellent communication skills to manage corporate clients effectively.
- Technical Skills: Strong working knowledge of Excel/Google Sheets; comfortable using modern tech and AI tools for productivity.
