Role Description The Nursing Tutor role at Kalpana Home Care is a full-time, on-site position.

The Nursing

Tutor will provide structured nursing education and training to staff, including conducting tutoring sessions, lectures, and practical demonstrations. Day-to-day responsibilities include developing lesson plans, delivering clinical and theoretical instruction, assessing learning progress, and providing feedback to support skill improvement. The role also involves mentoring nursing staff on patient care standards, safety protocols, and emergency procedures,



as well as collaborating with management to enhance training programs and maintain quality of care.

Qualifications

- Strong Nursing skills with sound clinical knowledge and experience in patient care.
- Proficiency in Tutoring and Nursing Education, including planning and delivering structured training sessions.
- Experience in Lecturing or classroom teaching within nursing or healthcare settings.
- Effective Communication skills for explaining complex concepts clearly and providing constructive feedback.
- Relevant nursing qualification (e.g., diploma or degree in Nursing) and valid qualified registration, as applicable.
- Prior experience as a nurse educator, clinical instructor, or preceptor is highly beneficial.
- Ability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary teams and support continuous staff development.
- Commitment to maintaining high standards of patient safety, ethical practice, and professional conduct.
