Role Overview

We are seeking a versatile Consultant / Developer with strong expertise in cloud-native infrastructure, modern backend microservices, and contemporary frontend frameworks. In this role, you will design, deploy, and maintain robust cloud applications on AWS, implement GitOps pipelines, and write clean, efficient code using AI-assisted tools like Codex. You will collaborate directly with cross-functional teams and clients to turn complex business requirements into scalable, resilient technical solutions.

Key Responsibilities

Cloud &

- Infrastructure Modernization

- Architect, maintain, and scale containerized applications on Amazon EKS (Elastic Kubernetes Service).
- Implement declarative continuous delivery and GitOps workflows using ArgoCD.
- Design asynchronous, event-driven messaging architectures leveraging AWS EventBridge, SNS, and SQS.
- Ensure cloud infrastructure adheres to security, compliance, and reliability best practices.

Full-Stack Application Development

- Develop, test, and optimize high-performance backend microservices using FastAPI.
- Build responsive, modular, and modern web applications using ReactJS.
- Design, manage, and optimize database schemas, queries, and performance on Amazon RDS PostgreSQL.
- Leverage AI developer tools like Codex to accelerate code delivery, write unit tests, and maintain high code quality.

Consulting &

- Collaboration





- Translate complex business needs into clear technical designs and project roadmaps.
- Participate in client discussions, offering technical guidance, feasibility assessments, and architectural recommendations.
- Conduct code reviews, establish engineering standards, and mentor team members on up-to-date cloud and dev practices.

- Containerization &
- Orchestration: Direct experience deploying and managing workloads on Amazon EKS; proficiency with Kubernetes manifests, Helm charts, and cluster management.
- GitOps &
- Deployment: Practical experience configuring continuous deployment pipelines with ArgoCD.
- Event-Driven Architecture: Strong understanding of asynchronous messaging models using AWS EventBridge, SNS, and SQS.

Full-Stack Development

- Backend: Proficiency in Python with FastAPI for building RESTful APIs and microservices.
- Frontend: Hands-on experience building dynamic UI applications using ReactJS (Hooks, state management, component lifecycles).
- Database: Experience working with Amazon RDS PostgreSQL, including query optimization, relational data modeling, and migration management.
- AI Tooling: Hands-on experience using Codex (or similar AI code generation tools) for rapid prototyping, code refactoring, and automated testing.

Preferred / Nice-to-Have Skills

- Familiarity with Infrastructure as Code (IaC) tools such as Terraform, AWS CDK, or CloudFormation.
- Understanding of observability and monitoring stacks (Prometheus, Grafana, Datadog, or AWS CloudWatch).
- Prior experience in technical consulting, or client-facing engineering roles.
