About the Role

We are looking for a Medical Content Developer to create and develop high-quality medical and healthcare education content. The role will involve working closely with doctors, medical educators and subject-matter experts to produce clinically accurate, relevant and learner-friendly content for medical students and healthcare professionals.

The ideal candidate would have robust medical knowledge, excellent writing and research skills, and the ability to independently develop and refine medical content across different digital learning formats.

Key Responsibilities

- Research, develop and create high-quality medical education content across various subjects and topics.
- Work closely with doctors, medical faculty and subject-matter experts to develop clinically accurate and evidence-based content.
- Create and edit medical content across formats such as articles, notes, MCQs, clinical cases, explanations, study material, video scripts and other digital learning formats.
- Translate complex medical concepts into clear, concise and engaging learning material for the target audience.
- Develop examination-oriented content for NEET-PG, NEET-SS, FMGE,



MBBS and other medical education programmes.
- Identify factual, clinical and contextual inaccuracies and ensure that all content adheres to established medical standards.
- Incorporate feedback from doctors, medical faculty and internal reviewers to improve content quality.
- Collaborate with academic, product, design and video production teams to develop content across different learning formats.
- Ensure timely completion and delivery of assigned content while maintaining high standards of quality and accuracy.

Requirements

- Hands-on experience in medical content, medical education, healthcare publishing, medical writing or a related field.
- MBBS is mandatory.
- Strong understanding of medical terminology, clinical concepts and healthcare education.
- Experience working with doctors, medical faculty or medical subject-matter experts.
- Experience creating content for NEET-PG/NEET-SS/FMGE/MBBS or other medical education platforms.
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to identify factual, clinical and contextual inaccuracies.
