Role Description The Merchandiser role at Giacca is a full time, on-site position based in Bengaluru. The Merchandiser will oversee product assortment, monitor inventory levels, and coordinate with design and production teams to align collections with market demand.

Responsibilities include analyzing sales data, tracking customer preferences, and recommending adjustments to styles, quantities, and pricing.



The role involves regular interaction with retail partners and internal stakeholders to ensure optimal presentation of blazers, jackets, shackets, and trousers. The Merchandiser will also support promotional activities, maintain product displays, and ensure that brand standards are consistently met across all channels.

Qualifications

- Robust Communication skills, including transparent verbal and written interaction with internal teams and external partners.
- Key merchandising activities - tna prep , vendor management and material handling.
- Attention to detail and basic analytical abilities for inventory tracking, demand forecasting, and assortment planning.
- Ability to work on-site in Bengaluru, manage multiple priorities, and collaborate effectively in a quick-paced apparel environment.
- Prior experience in fashion merchandising, apparel retail, or related fields is preferred.
- Relevant education in Fashion, Business, Retail Management, or a comparable discipline is an advantage.
