About the RoleWe're looking for a Media Buying Intern with a basic understanding of digital advertising and performance marketing, who is interested in building a career in paid advertising.

The candidate should have some familiarity with Meta Ads and Google Ads and be willing to work on live campaigns for Indian D2C and e-commerce brands under the guidance of our performance marketing team.

This is an opportunity to gain practical experience in campaign management, performance analysis, audience research, and advertising optimisation while working alongside an experienced performance marketing team.

Key Responsibilities

- Assist in setting up, managing, and monitoring campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads.
- Track campaign performance and key metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CPM, CTR, and CPA.
- Assist with audience research, budget allocation, retargeting, and campaign optimisation.
- Research competitor ads and identify creative trends, hooks, and advertising strategies.
- Coordinate with the creative team for ad creatives, testing, and iterations.
- Prepare daily performance reports and maintain campaign trackers.




- Support the team in identifying opportunities to improve campaign performance.

Requirements & Qualifications
- Basic understanding of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads.
- Familiarity with digital advertising and performance marketing fundamentals.
- Understanding of basic advertising metrics such as ROAS, CPC, CTR, CPM, and CPA.
- Basic knowledge of Excel or Google Sheets.
- Interest in Indian D2C brands and the e-commerce industry.
- Analytical mindset, attention to detail, and willingness to learn.
- Prior internship, certification, or practical exposure to running ads will be an advantage.
