Role Overview Seeking an experienced FAAS professional with expertise in US GAAP, IFRS, Financial Instruments, Fair Value Measurement, Derivatives & Hedging, and Financial Reporting Advisory
Key Responsibilities
- Technical accounting advisory and accounting research.
- Financial instruments accounting including convertible debt, warrants, hybrids and embedded derivatives.
- Derivatives and hedge accounting assessments.
- Fair value measurement and valuation review support.
- Financial reporting, SEC reporting and compliance support.
- SOX and internal controls advisory.
- Client engagement management, stakeholder presentations and team mentoring
Technical Expertise US GAAP: ASC 470, 480, 815, 820, 805, 718, 842 and working knowledge of ASC 606. IFRS: IFRS 9, IAS 32, IFRS 13 and IFRS 7. FAAS Core Competencies Solid accounting foundation, technical research skills, analytical thinking, stakeholder management, consulting mindset, adaptability and ability to manage multiple engagements
