We help international founders build their personal brands on LinkedIn.

We’re looking for one person to own the full LinkedIn presence of our founder profiles: strategy, content and engagement.

You’ll start with 2 profiles and grow to 3 or more as we take on recent clients.

What you’ll do

1. Strategy

- Understand each founder’s positioning, audience and goals, and build a content and engagement plan for each profile
- Decide what each founder should post about and how often, based on what’s working
- Research what performs for their target audience, competitors and creators in their space

2. Content

- Write LinkedIn posts for each profile from the founder’s real experiences, calls and opinions
- Capture each person’s voice so a post sounds like them and not like the others
- Keep to the publishing schedule and handle approvals with the founders

3. Engagement

- Build a daily list of 15-20 founders in the US, Europe and Dubai per profile, with their recent posts and an angle for engaging
- Write thoughtful, specific comments in each founder’s voice
- Reply to comments on their posts and keep conversations going




- International audiences + local engagement (50-50 split)

4. Reporting

- Keep daily activity trackers and a weekly report per profile covering engagement, follower location, outreach and what’s working

What we’re looking for

- 1-3 years of experience writing for LinkedIn or managing personal brand profiles
- Excellent written English, and writing that sounds like a person, not like AI
- You know what a real comment looks like. “Great insights!” doesn’t count.
- Strong research skills and the judgement to set strategy without being told what to do
- Able to start at 9:00 AM every working day and work independently

- Every post and comment is in client’s voice not generic AI SLOP.
- Client information stays confidential
