The workday includes analyzing model behavior, experimenting with fine-tuning techniques, and collaborating with team members to continuously improve the model's performance and applicability across various scenarios.

Roles & Responsibilities:

- Expected to perform independently and become an SME.
- Required active participation/contribution in team discussions.
- Contribute in providing solutions to work related problems.




- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate model improvements into production environments.
- Document model development processes and maintain clear records of experiments and outcomes.
- Support junior team members by sharing knowledge and providing guidance on best practices.

Professional & Technical Skills:
- Must To Have Skills: Proficiency in Large Language Models (LLMs), Generative AI, Agentic AI.
- Experience in designing and implementing instruction fine-tuning techniques to improve model adaptability.
- Robust understanding of domain adaptation strategies to tailor models for specific applications.
- Ability to analyze model outputs critically and identify areas for enhancement.
- Familiarity with model evaluation metrics and performance optimization methods.
- Capability to work with large datasets and preprocess data for effective model training.

Additional Information
- The candidate should have minimum 3 years of experience in Large Language Models (LLMs).
- This position is based at our HDC3C - SEZ office.
- A 15 years full time education is required.
