Role Description The Learning Operations Specialist is a full-time, in office role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for coordinating and executing learning and development programs, including scheduling sessions, managing learner registrations, and supporting content deployment across platforms. The specialist will track attendance, maintain learning records, prepare operational reports, and ensure smooth communication among trainers, stakeholders, and participants.

Daily activities include monitoring program performance, handling learner queries, collaborating with cross-functional teams for program rollout, and supporting continuous improvement of learning processes. The role also involves aligning learning operations with business goals, ensuring adherence to timelines, and maintaining high-quality standards in all learning initiatives.

Qualifications

Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to interpret learning data, track program effectiveness, and support decision-making.

Candidates should possess excellent Communication skills to interact with stakeholders, trainers,



and learners, and to prepare clear documentation.

Candidates should possess Sales-related skills to support internal promotion of learning programs and encourage participant engagement where required.

Candidates should possess Operations Management skills to coordinate logistics, manage learning processes, and ensure efficient program delivery.

Candidates should possess Project Management skills to plan, prioritize, and execute multiple learning initiatives within defined timelines.

Relevant qualifications such as a bachelor’s degree in Business, Human Resources, Education, or a related field are preferred.

Proficiency in MS Office tools and learning management systems (LMS) is beneficial.

Ability to work in a structured, detail-oriented manner and collaborate effectively in a fast-paced, matrixed environment.

Prior experience in learning operations, L&D; coordination, or BPM/BPO environments is an advantage.
