Role Description

We are seeking an experienced E2E Test Lead – Facets to lead testing initiatives for healthcare payer transformation and enterprise applications.

The ideal candidate will have strong expertise in Facets, end-to-end testing, test strategy development, stakeholder management, and coordination across multiple application teams.

The individual will be responsible for ensuring seamless validation of business processes spanning enrollment, claims, billing, provider, customer service, and downstream integrations.

The role requires extensive experience in healthcare payer systems, robust leadership capabilities, and the ability to manage testing across complex technology landscapes.

Key Responsibilities

Lead End-to-End (E2E) testing activities across the Facets ecosystem and integrated applications.

Develop and execute comprehensive E2E test strategies, test plans, and test scenarios.

Coordinate testing activities across business, development, QA, vendor, and client teams.

Analyze business requirements and ensure complete test coverage.

Manage SIT, E2E, UAT, and Production Validation testing phases.

Drive defect triage meetings and ensure timely defect resolution.Track testing progress, risks, dependencies, and provide executive-level reporting.

Facilitate test data management and environment readiness activities.

Validate interfaces and integrations between Facets and surrounding applications.

Define the test automation strategy and oversee the design and maintenance of Playwright frameworks for member, provider,



and customer service portals and other web applications in the Facets ecosystem.

Guide the team in automating E2E regression and smoke suites with Playwright, and integrate them into CI/CD pipelines for continuous validation across releases.

Track automation coverage, stability, and ROI, and use Playwright reports and traces to drive faster defect analysis and resolution.

Support release planning, deployment validation, and production cutover activities.

Ensure compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational quality standards.

Mentor and guide testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
