About The Role

We are seeking a hands-on Lead GenAI SaaS / Platform Engineer to spearhead the administration, architecture, and governance of our enterprise generative AI footprint. In this role, you will be the technical owner responsible for integrating, securing, and scaling frontier LLM platforms (such as ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, and internal AI tooling) across our global enterprise environment.

This is a SaaS platform engineering and automation role at its core. While you will occasionally partner with our endpoint engineering team on desktop rollout prerequisites (Intune/Jamf), this is not an MDM role—your focus is squarely on SaaS configurations, API connectors, enterprise identity, and operational scale.

Key Responsibilities

- GenAI Platform Administration: Own the end-to-end administration, environment configuration, workspace segmentation, and lifecycle management for enterprise GenAI platforms (ChatGPT Enterprise, Claude, etc.).
- Integrations &
- Extensibility: Design and implement Model Context Protocol (MCP) connectors, API integrations, and secure data pipelines between LLMs and enterprise tools.




- Identity, Access &
- Governance: Implement enterprise-grade security models using SAML 2.0, SCIM provisioning, OAuth, and granular RBAC via Okta / Microsoft Entra ID. Establish guardrails for data privacy, compliance, and acceptable AI use.
- Automation &
- Scripting: Build robust automation scripts and operational workflows using Python or PowerShell to streamline user provisioning, usage telemetry, and policy enforcement.
- Reliability &
- Operations: Monitor platform health, manage tier-3 incident escalation, track consumption/licensing metrics, and ensure high availability across multi-cloud infrastructure (AWS/Azure).

What We’re Looking For
- 8–10+ years of hands-on experience in Enterprise SaaS engineering, Cloud Infrastructure, or Platform Administration.
- Solid Identity &
- Security Foundation: Deep familiarity with modern IAM architectures (Okta/Entra ID, SSO/SAML, SCIM provisioning, OAuth flows, and least-privilege RBAC).
- GenAI Familiarity: Practical experience with LLM toolchains, enterprise AI governance, and emerging standards like MCP. Direct administration of ChatGPT Enterprise or Claude Enterprise is a huge plus, but strong platform engineers eager to lean into GenAI are encouraged to apply.
- Scripting &
- APIs: Proven proficiency in Python or PowerShell, coupled with hands-on REST API integration experience.
- Cloud &
- Operational Excellence: Solid grounding in AWS or Azure environments, enterprise logging/monitoring, and incident resolution.
- Cross-Functional Collaboration: Ability to partner effectively with Security, Workplace IT, and MDM teams to align endpoint delivery with SaaS architecture.
