Role Purpose:

1. Design and deliver the annual operating plans for the channel and create strategy plans for next 3-5 years
2. Own the channels delivery at Top line and bottom line using best-in-class planning and execution on the platforms
3.



Lead relationships and strategic partnership with Digital Commerce platforms
4. Lead and set up leadership and JBP meets, to co-create and achieve annual operating plan
5. Lead the customer and channel trade promotion strategy to build category, gain share and improve profitability
6. Lead on and off-platform marketing strategy via thorough analysis of media performance on using various tools/search and display assets / share of search, share of sell, A2S ratio etc
7. Create channel plans for new launches, brand renovations and limited-edition packs
8. Lead digital marketing and agency partnerships while working closely with the brand team to run performance marketing campaigns
9. Build monthly and quarterly plans and performance marketing to the group / strategy
10. Work closely with the channel operations team to ensure fulfilment and other metrics
11. There will be extensive travel which will be included.

Experience: Overall, 8-10 years' experience of which recent 4-5 years from Ecommerce background. Tier 1, 2 B School preferred.

Skills: Performance Marketing, Digital Ecommerce, P&L;, Channel Strategy, trade promotion strategy.
