Key Responsibilities:1. Monit or day-to-day construction activities from the PMC / Client Representative perspective.2. Super vise and inspect RCC, reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, masonry, plastering, waterproofing and finishing works.3.
Ensur e execution as per approved drawings, technical specifications and quality standards.Conduct routine quality inspections and maintain inspection records.4. Monit or site safety practices and ensure compliance with safety requirements.5.
Track daily construction progress against the approved project schedule.6.
Coord inate with contractors, subcontractors, consultants and other project stakeholders.7. Revie w architectural, structural and civil drawings and identify discrepancies.8. Maint ain daily progress reports, site observation reports, inspection checklists and project documentation.9.
Ident ify site issues, delays and quality concerns and coordinate for timely resolution.
