Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Junior Civil Engineer role based in Dhrangadhra.

The Junior Civil

Engineer will assist in planning, supervising, and executing civil construction activities on project sites, including RCC/PCC works, masonry, finishing, and infrastructure development.

Responsibilities include preparing and reviewing basic drawings, site measurements, and quantity estimates; coordinating with senior engineers, contractors, and site teams; and supporting compliance with project specifications, safety standards, and quality requirements.



The role involves monitoring daily progress, maintaining site records, assisting in material checks, and supporting timely completion of project milestones.

The Junior Civil

Engineer will also help resolve site-level technical issues and contribute to effective communication with project stakeholders.

Qualifications

- Robust foundation in Civil Engineering and Civil Engineering Design, with the ability to apply basic structural and infrastructure design principles.
- Knowledge relevant to Civil Engineers, including site execution practices, construction materials, and standard methods of measurement.
- Skills in Planning and coordination for project activities, including scheduling tasks, tracking progress, and supporting resource allocation.
- Understanding of Stormwater Management and related drainage concepts useful for infrastructure and site development projects.
- Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering from a recognized institution.
- Basic proficiency in AutoCAD or similar drafting tools and familiarity with MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
- Ability to work on-site in Dhrangadhra, with a focus on safety, quality, and adherence to project timelines.
- Effective communication skills, willingness to learn, and capability to work collaboratively with multidisciplinary site teams.
