Experience in complete accounting basic including accounting entries like Purchase, Sales, Debtors, Creditors, Cash, Bank, Journal vouchers, preparation of invoices, Debit and Dredit notes, Bank reconciliation.

Key Responsibilities

Accounting & Financial Operations

- Maintain accurate books of accounts, including general ledger, accounts payable, and accounts receivable
- Finalization of accounts including closing entries, preparation of financial statements, coordinating with Auditors
- Ensure timely month-end and year-end closing activities
- Perform bank reconciliations, account reconciliations, and variance analysis
- Generation of E-Invoice.

Compliance & Taxation

- Assist in preparation and filing of statutory returns (GST, TDS, income tax, or applicable local taxes)
- Support the audit team by providing documentation and explanations required for audit.
- Ensure compliance with accounting standards,



company policies, and regulatory requirements

Required Skills & Competencies

Technical Skills

- Strong knowledge of financial accounting principles and standards
- Having practical knowledge of applicable statutory dues including GST, Income Tax, TDS, etc. and online payment of the same.

- Reconciliation of debtors and creditors and timely collection of payments.

- Proficiency in Tally Prime, Tally ERP 9.0 and 7.2
- Advanced working knowledge of MS Excel (pivot tables, VLOOKUP/XLOOKUP, formulas)
