Process Brief & Position Summary

- AXA Winterthur team in AXA GBS supports AXA Switzerland distribution Team for indexing, new business and midterm changes for Motor, Legal, travel and Household Insurance
- Basic computer skills are a requisite.
- Knowledge about Insurance would be an added advantage
- Process requires knowledge of French language (minimum C1/C2)

Key Accountabilities

- Indexing of documents, quotation for recent business and midterm changes for Motor, Legal, travel and Household Insurance
- Processing & meeting the daily targets of -Productivity, Quality, TAT & Utilization
- Query Resolution
- Processing and meeting the daily targets of work along with maintaining high quality standards.
- Ability to work under pressure and consistently contributing towards achieving the process KPIs

Specific knowledge required





As per the Internal Job Posting Guidelines and/or any Graduate/Post Grad with C1 /C2 in French or equivalent degree in French from a recognized university
