We are currently looking for an experienced OSS Technician – Level 3 (L3) in India to provide advanced technical support, troubleshoot complex hardware and software issues, and maintain server and end-user computing environments.

Key Responsibilities
• Provide Level 3 technical support for computer hardware, software, operating systems, and server environments.
• Independently diagnose and resolve complex hardware and software issues.
• Install, configure, maintain, and repair desktops, laptops, printers, peripherals, and server equipment.
• Perform advanced hardware diagnostics, component replacements, and preventive maintenance.
• Support server hardware, server operating systems, and related IT infrastructure.
• Troubleshoot OEM-specific hardware issues across Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM, and other assigned platforms.
• Conduct root cause analysis and implement effective solutions for recurring technical incidents.
• Escalate complex issues to specialist or engineering teams when necessary.
• Maintain accurate documentation of incidents,



troubleshooting steps, resolutions, and technical changes.
• Collaborate with service desk, infrastructure, and technical teams to ensure timely incident resolution.
• Adhere to company policies, security requirements, technical standards, and established procedures.
• Ensure incidents and assigned tasks are completed within agreed Service Level Agreements (SLAs). Key Requirements Education and Experience
• 5–6 years of relevant IT technical support experience.
• Technical college qualification in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
• Strong hands-on experience supporting computer hardware, software, operating systems, and server environments. Technical Skills
• Advanced hardware and software troubleshooting.
• Server hardware diagnostics, component replacement, installation, and maintenance.
• Server administration and operating system troubleshooting.
• Experience with Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, IBM, or other enterprise hardware platforms.
• Knowledge of incident management, problem management, root cause analysis, and technical documentation.
• Ability to independently resolve complex technical issues.



Communication and Customer Service
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Customer-focused approach with effective problem-solving abilities.
• English proficiency at B2 level or above, where required by the client.
• Native-level or at least B2 proficiency in the local language of the assigned location, subject to client requirements. Required Certifications Candidates should possess the following relevant technical certifications:
• CompTIA A+
• CompTIA Server+
• Multiple relevant OEM hardware certifications, such as Dell, HP, Lenovo, Lexmark, or IBM.
• At least two server-related certifications, such as Microsoft MCP/MCSE or equivalent, Unix/Linux Server, Apple Server, or other relevant server operating system certifications. Why Join Excis Compliance?
