IT & Systems Administrator

Location: Kolkata

Salary: Up to ₹30,000 per month

Key Responsibilities

- IT Infrastructure Management:
- Oversee and manage IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal performance and uptime.
- Administer cloud hosting environments, specifically AWS (EC2, RDS, etc.) or equivalent platforms.

- Systems Administration:

- Configure and manage network settings, Wi-Fi management, LAN setups, and enterprise firewall administration.
- Provide ERP technical administration and maintain Tally server, ensuring proactive uptime management.

- G Suite Administration:

- Manage G Suite accounts and settings, ensuring proper functionality and user access.
- Maintain hardware/software inventory and formulate IT policies.

- Vendor Management:

- Negotiate and communicate effectively with IT vendors and service providers to ensure quality service delivery.

- Troubleshooting:

- Provide daily IT hardware troubleshooting across mixed-OS environments (Windows, macOS, Linux).




- Assist users with technical issues and provide timely resolutions.

Qualifications

- Minimum of 2 years of experience in IT infrastructure and systems administration.
- 4–6 years of hands-on experience in IT infrastructure, systems administration, or cloud management.
- Expert-level practical knowledge of managing cloud hosting environments, specifically AWS or equivalent platforms.
- Strong practical knowledge of network configuration, Wi-Fi management, LAN setups, and enterprise firewall administration.
- Proven experience in ERP technical administration and proactive uptime management.
