Role Description The Insurance Advisor is a full-time, on-site role based in Jabalpur, responsible for advising customers on suitable life insurance and savings products aligned with their financial needs and goals. Day-to-day activities include meeting prospective and existing clients, explaining policy features and benefits, performing needs analysis, and recommending appropriate solutions. The role involves managing end-to-end sales processes, assisting customers with applications and documentation, and ensuring accurate information capture in company systems.

Advisor will also follow up on leads, maintain long-term relationships, support policy servicing queries, and adhere to regulatory and company compliance standards. Collaboration with branch staff and participation in training and sales meetings are key aspects of the role.

Qualifications

- Strong customer service, relationship-building, and client communication abilities to understand financial needs and build trust.
- Sales and negotiation skills, including experience in financial products, insurance, or banking, with a focus on achieving targets ethically.
- Basic financial literacy and analytical skills to explain product features, benefits, premiums, and returns clearly and accurately.
- Proficiency in local language and good command of English for clear verbal and written communication with diverse customers.
- Comfort using computers and digital tools for lead management, documentation, and policy servicing through company systems and portals.
- High degree of integrity, professionalism, and adherence to regulatory and company compliance requirements.
- Ability to work independently, manage time effectively, and handle field-based customer interactions in and around Jabalpur.
