Key Responsibilities

- Scrutiny of outward remittance documents, direct import, Advance payments, Misc (A2) payments (Service, royalty, dividend)




- Processing and authorising of foreign outward remittance transactions.
- Ensuring compliance with RBI and FEMA regulations.
- Handling of Vostro account entries.
- Handling of Foreign bank charges
- Handling IDPMS for closure and related queries.
- Coordinating with other team members and stakeholders for smooth operations.
- Should know recent FEMA 2026 guidelines.

Required Skills

- Should be well aware of document checking for direct, advance and Misc (A2) payments.
- Proficiency in financial and remittance system like swift.
- Knowledge of FX markets/rates, Swift messages ISO20022 payment pacs.008, pacs.009.
- Knowledge of foreign exchange regulations and compliance from RBI and FEMA angle.
- Well versed with Word and Excel (Vlookup/xlookup) and presentation skills.
- Time management and organizational skills.
- Good command over both spoken and written English.

Experience Level

7 to 10 years of experience in banking operations, preferably in cross border outward remittance.

Educational Qualification

Bachelor's degree in commerce, Bachelors/Masters of Accounting and Finance.
